You can make it Simply All Inclusive

If you love the idea of an all-inclusive vacation, we offer this uncommon Grand Cayman Island resort option. Three meals per day, a la carte or buffet, and all premium beverages, including wine and champagne by the glass, are included as well as gratuities and taxes in one per person/per night price. Relax and let our concierge take care of all the details – from car rentals to diving excursions to massage reservations at our onsite spa. You may upgrade to the Simply All Inclusive Meal Plan at the resort. As an alternative, all the units feature a kitchen or kitchenette and Foster's Express Supermarket is across the street.

You’ll find both at The Reef, where fine and casual dining are yours and every night’s a party waiting to happen. The picturesque vistas of the Cayman Islands coupled with the legendary tales of the ‘Wrecks of the Barrier Reef’ off East End’s breath-taking coastline are the perfect setting for Pelican's Reef Restaurant & the Rusty Pelican.

Dine upstairs in air conditioned comfort at Pelican's Reef, where international cuisine and an impressive wine list combined with our uniquely warm island service make for memorable evenings. Don’t forget to catch the inimitable Barefoot Man performing exclusively at Pelican's Reef. Pelican’s Reef seascape is the epitome of a tropical paradise with a superb lookout onto the East End Barrier Reef – after sunset brings fine dining under the Caribbean stars with soft trade winds that hail from across the Caribbean Sea, a little slice of heaven.

Rusty Pelican

Outside on the patio and from the upstairs covered balcony, the Rusty Pelican serves up casual fare with an international flair and a full array of island drinks to help you “chill out”, from mojitos to mango margaritas. Whether it’s the awesome Conch Fritters, Mahi Mahi on Ciabatta bread or the Fresh Catch of the Day, guests will be enjoy discovering the amazing array of mouth-watering cuisine designed to offer something to suit every palate.

We are also pleased to note that we have “Blanketed the Beach” with WiFi coverage in all our Grand Cayman condos and over the whole beach, including the Rusty Pelican. (There is a fee to use the WiFi network.)

Last but by no means least, The Reef exclusively features the legendary Barefoot Man performing every Tuesday and Thursday evening, reservations are strongly recommended.
